Quality eggs since 1934.

The Gray Ridge brand is built on quality. Here are the agencies we work with to ensure that quality and food safety is integrated into everything we do.
 Safe Quality Food (SQF)

The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Institute’s mission is “to deliver consistent, globally recognized food safety and quality certification programs based on sound scientific principles, consistently applied across all industry sectors, and valued by all stakeholders.” 1

All Gray Ridge egg grading facilities are SQF Level 2 certified. They are evaluated annually by Safe Quality Food auditors in order to maintain and continuously improve our food safety practices within the SQF program.

Quality and Food Safety

The Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP) is the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA)’s approach to encourage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems in all federally registered establishments.1

Gray Ridge Eggs Inc. is one of only two egg companies in Ontario to be identified by the CFIA as a FSEP/HACCP Recognized establishment.
